Stock and cost control in a complex operation
Jador the project uses Smart Apothiki to track stock, consumption and costs per product and per shift, across complex daily flows.
Context
Jador is a hookah lounge with particularly complex stock: tobacco, flavours, consumables and a bar running in parallel.
The problem
Tobacco and material consumption was hard to track consistently. Deviations were hard to spot, and the cost per hookah was not always clear.
The intervention
Smart Apothiki was adapted to how a hookah lounge works, recording the consumption of tobacco, consumables and bar products. Tracking was organised by product and by shift.
Organising data by product and by shift gives a more structured basis for controlling deviations.
The result
Deviation control became more structured, and management has a clearer view of costs and organised consumption tracking.
What changed day to day
Cost per product and per shift is now tracked in a structured way, giving management a better basis for decisions in an environment with complex daily flows.
