Context
PetMate AI is an app that helps pet owners assess health risks for their animal early, with the help of AI.
The problem
Owners judged symptoms on their own, and the decision to take further action was often postponed.
The intervention
We built a cross-platform app that uses AI to analyse photos of the animal’s eyes, ears and coat. Based on the analysis, the app gives a structured risk assessment and guidance on next steps.
The user takes a photo, and the app returns a risk assessment and a suggested next step.
The result
Risk assessment now follows a structured, standardised process. The app gives the user a clear indication of risk and recommended next steps.
PetMate AI provides first-level information and does not replace a professional veterinary assessment.
