Nous Gym
Context
Nous Gym is a mental health centre with a network of psychologists and patients that needed a secure, structured, digital way to run and manage sessions.
The problem
Sessions, matching patients with psychologists, payments and invoicing were managed with fragmented tools. Any growth meant more administrative work and more manual steps.
The intervention
We built a custom platform where psychologists run sessions directly in the app. We implemented algorithmic matching between patient and psychologist, payment handling and invoicing. Sessions, matching, payments and invoicing were brought into one operational environment.
Algorithmic matching takes into account specialisation, availability and the patient’s profile, so every match follows clear, consistent criteria.
The result
Online sessions, matching, payments and invoicing now run in one unified environment. Administration runs in structured, repeatable workflows, with less fragmented manual work.
