Wise Daedalus is an insurance agency that wanted to fully digitise how pet insurance policies are taken out.

Contracting involved manual steps, communication outside the system and a heavy administrative load. The client experience and process control were not consistent.
The intervention
We built Hoolie App, a custom app for pet insurance contracting, with full admin panels, automated workflows, data management and payments. The entire process became digital end to end.
From choosing the insurance type to payment and issuing the policy, everything runs on one digital platform.
The result
Contracting became faster, controllable and repeatable. The agency has much less administrative work, and the client experience improved.
